How do I attach the InstaShield™ to my hat?
InstaShield™ comes with an instruction sheet. Here is a helpful video and copy of the instructions.
Can InstaShield™ be worn with glasses?
Yes. InstaShield™ can be adjusted to sit farther from your face to accommodate glasses.
Does InstaShield™ fit kids?
Yes. We have developed a child's version for ages 3-9 that is shorter and fits on the bill of a child's hat. The Kids InstaShield™ is available for purchase here.
What is InstaShield™ made of?
We use recyclable PET plastic.
Does InstaShield™ fit on a hard hat?
InstaShield™ fits on the brim of a standard baseball cap but we are working on a version to fit hard hats.
Do I have to wear a hat to use an InstaShield™?
Yes, InstaShield™ is designed to fit on the brim of a standard baseball cap or visor.
How do I clean InstaShield™?
InstaShield™ can be cleaned with a disinfectant wipe or spray. Please do not use abrasive cleaners or abrasive sponges, as they will scratch the surface.
Can I share InstaShield™?
The InstaShield™ is intended for a single user, single use or multiple uses from a single user.
SHIPPING
How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
For a single 5-pack, standard shipping to anywhere in the continental U.S. is $4.99. For other amounts, shipping rates vary based on weight and method.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are shipping only in the U.S. Stay tuned for additional options.
Where is my order?
Orders typically are processed and leave our facilities in 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you may experience shipping delays that are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in this difficult time.
What is the difference between Standard and Expedited shipping?
All orders are processed on a first in, first out basis, regardless of the type of shipping chosen. As stated above, this is typically within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping orders take between 3-8 business days to arrive at the customer once they have left our location. Expedited shipping orders take between 2-4 business days. Orders may experience shipping delays which are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in this difficult time.
How can I track my order?
Please look for your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. If you do not see any emails from InstaShield, check your spam or junk folder.

Can I return my order?
For sanitary reasons, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on any items.
How do I report adverse events, other safety findings, and product complaints?
We collect, review and report all adverse events, other safety findings, and product complaint information associated with the use of our products. All information that pertains to an adverse event, other safety finding or product complaint must be directed to InstaShield LLC for review and analysis as appropriate. Report adverse events, other safety findings, and product complaints related to any InstaShield™ product to InstaShield LLC at sales@instashieldusa.com.
